- Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree (Accounting or Business preferred); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Commissions Processing/Analysis experience is preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong analytical and good interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software. Experience with PeachTree Accounting software preferred.
- Other Qualifications: Must be able to pass background check and pre-hire drug testing. Must be able to flexible hours during peak seasons.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

- Commission expense auditing/analysis
- Agent Debt tracking/analysis
- Commission troubleshooting/Agent resolution
- Creating and sending commission statements
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Commissions Processing/Analysis experience is preferred.
