Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with strategic communications
- Knowledge of communications industry standards, trends, and best practices, as well as fundamental principles of story-telling
- Ability to quickly establish relationships of trust with senior leaders, anticipate their needs, and take initiative
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Craft compelling messages for the client and the client’s workforce, including executive comms, workforce messages, short videos, podcast content, web copy, spotlight and other articles, and content for in-person events such as All Hands and Town Hall meetings
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creatives to produce messages that accurately convey information in a compelling fashion
- Use strategic thinking ability to anticipate the client’s needs and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Intelligence Community
- Experience using video and podcasts for messaging and engagement
- Master’s degree
