Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing communications support to clients, including technical writing and editing
- Experience with webinar production and logistics
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and exhibit technical expertise
- Ability to research and draft original content for a variety of communications channels, vehicles, and audiences, while adjusting voice and information levels to suit audience needs
- Ability to learn new software tools and increase knowledge over time
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Author a variety of communications products, including newsletter articles, fact sheets, presentation materials, website content, or promotional resources
- Collaborate on all aspects of verbal and written communications
- Shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide tailored assistance
- Inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with various tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a public-facing web presence, including content management and development
- Experience with project management
- Ability to contribute to the development and maintenance of communication materials
- Ability to work with limited supervision and with project partners and stakeholders
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
