Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract program.
- Participates in the development, modification, and delivery of internal and external communication materials.
- Supports the development and execution of program communication plans.
- Supports the preparation of briefings to government customer and corporate leaders to include, but not limited to, draft talking points, scripts, and other communication products in coordination with business area and program leaders.
- Utilizes effective writing and editing skills to support program and business area leadership communications to include customer deliverables and proposal development.
- Ensures deliverables meet editorial and customer specifications, as applicable, and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style.
- Provides administrative support, where needed, as it relates to program and business area communication activities and customer deliverables.
- Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Collaborates across business area and program to gain understanding of all facets of the program and its technologies.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- May interact with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
- May perform business development activities.
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
- May serve as a team or task lead.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of NRO and its Mission Partners, or within the Department of Defense.
- Experience in or knowledge of the IT field.
