Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities
- Ensure residents experience nothing short of luxury living
- Provide creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes
- Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents know you care
- Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
- Reach out with tailored updates to prospective residents
