Requirements

  • 1+ years of on-site Leasing Manager or Assistant Manager experience or at least 2+ years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college-level education (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possesses superior sales ability
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing assignments and priorities
  • Reliable and dependable attendance at the work site
  • Superior knowledgeable of Fair Housing guidelines, state/local/federal laws, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day oversight of a property in accordance with the company’s policies/procedures and the owners’ objectives.
  • Oversight includes, but is not limited to physical and economic occupancy, lease expirations, rent collection, standards, liabilities, and fiscal management.
  • The Property Manager oversees the leasing and maintenance staffs and also sets development plans for everyone on his/her team.
  • Ensures top-level customer (both internal and external) satisfaction through continuous professional and positive conversations.
