Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Willingness to obtain CCP designation.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for submitting company data and reviewing market data from salary and employment practices survey sources.
- Supports Shelter’s job architecture through job description management including researching job requirements and evaluating job positions to ensure Shelter’s compensation remains competitive.
- Completes first look market pricing of job roles externally and internally.
- Works closely with the Manager of Compensation to ensure Shelter’s compensation philosophy and strategy are kept up to date and are compliant with local, state and federal law.
