Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in compensation in a high tech, or high growth environments
  • Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, delivering, and auditing work
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve program success and navigate globally distributed teams with influence rather than authority
  • Experience in change management and the ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative and consultative approach to business partnership
  • Experience with complex and global organizations
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation
  • Advanced excel skills (VBA, macros, array functions)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment, with all levels of employees in the organization

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand the compensation needs and objectives of the client group
  • Support the annual compensation planning process with data preparation
  • Perform job mapping and market pricing for roles
  • Job Profile Maintenance
  • Review and approve employment offers
  • Conduct quarterly review of FLSA salary threshold requirements
  • Assist in determining FLSA classification status to ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Develop annual compensation guidelines and communications
  • Develop international compensation guidelines and perform analysis
  • Researching compensation tools
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or other related field highly preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Global Compensation Experience
  • Experience with Workday
