Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- 2+ years’ experience in Compensation analysis and administration
- Experience in an analyst or similar capacity with compensation programs and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with compensation data sources and market survey tools.
- Experience with job evaluation and job analysis methods and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to details/accuracy.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures.
- Proficient in using HR related software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated high integrity in all aspects of work, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards when handling sensitive compensation data and employee information.
- Workday proficiency strongly preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress towards certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage the annual benchmark survey process, ensuring accurate matching and participation.
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to determine appropriate job families and level placements.
- Assist in the annual market analysis, providing data-driven recommendations to maintain competitive salary structures.
- Review and recommend adjustments to compensation packages aimed at enhancing employee retention, ensuring internal pay equity, and aligning with the Compensation Framework.
- Perform quarterly pay equity analysis and collaborate with HR Talent Partners to report findings and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the MarketPay system, including the uploading and updating of survey data for market analysis purposes.
- Regularly update and manage job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with current roles and responsibilities.
- Administer the annual merit cycle including partnering with compensation team in pre-planning, prepping the launch in the annual cycle system, and processing and auditing of payout files.
- Manage Long-Term Incentive (LTI) vesting administration and reporting in Shareworks, including issuing LTI Agreements and processing cash releases.
- Generate compensation reports for audits, analysis and data accuracy reviews.
- Participate in compensation audits, ensuring precise and compliant data for reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and policies, including FLSA, equal pay, and other labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on compensation-related inquiries and best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation-related documentation and policies.
- Assist in the development of compensation education and training materials.
- Provide project support in ongoing Compensation initiatives.
- Partner with the internal audit team and complete annual SOX audit requests.
Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress towards certification.
