Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.
- Graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong Project Mgmt. skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and analysis of compensation programs.
- Conduct analysis on compensation strategies and best practices.
- Analyze data and processes related to employee compensation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and engagement findings.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving our Value Review processes and Ecosystems engagement.
- Support the creation and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
- Provide analysis and planning support around our customer engagement processes.
