Requirements

  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Good data management skills and a basic understanding of how large organizations work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, IF statements, XLOOKUPs)
  • Attention to detail and ability to tell a story through data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to HR/Compensation strategies
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment; ability to problem solve independently, perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities and cultivate strong partnerships
  • Ability to execute and sustain operational excellence incorporating appropriate controls
  • Some experience in HR/Compensation or Finance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our annual compensation processes, working with different business lines and HR and Finance teams
  • Provide support on compensation activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and budget planning
  • Analyze the market compensation data to support our needs
  • Support projects related to compensation, including policy reviews and system updates.
  • Become an expert in our compensation reporting tools to help deliver accurate reports and insights
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve our compensation programs and ensure they align with our business strategy
  • Contribute to the Asset Management Compensation Agenda, including region-specific activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and experience with Business Objects, Alteryx and Python
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
