Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of compensation or human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, charts/graphs) and experience leveraging HR information systems.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful messaging for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and employee data to develop compensation recommendations using advanced Excel skills.
  • Partner with leaders across properties and corporate teams to provide strategic guidance on compensation-related matters, including job analysis, market trends, and salary structures.
  • Advise management on compensation best practices, policies, FLSA regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop and present insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
  • Support key compensation programs, including Merit, MIP, AGI, and union wage adjustments.
  • Ensure accuracy in compensation-related business processes and maintain up-to-date HR system data.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping them navigate compensation decisions and communication strategies.
