Requirements
- Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI eligible. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Must be able to interact with peers, management, and senior engineers in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace.
- 7+ years of related experience required.
- Experience in computer systems/networks design across physical platforms, boundaries and transfer/transport methods.
- DoD 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2) (Examples of minimum acceptable certifications-CCNA Security, CySA+, G SEC, Security+ CE, SSCP)
Responsibilities
- Identify, formulate, design and/or test practical solutions to engineering problems
- Guide the engineering development of modern complex systems
- Develop advanced complex systems
- Conduct research in applied systems
- Research, design, develop, test computer or computer related equipment
- May supervise the manufacturing and installing computer or computer related equipment
- Oversee and/or inspect the performance and quality of Junior or Journeyman level peers
Preferred Qualifications
- Past DoD IT system engineering experience
- Project management experience
