Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience executing CM and change control processes for DoD programs
  • Experience using CM tools such as CMPro, for complex projects
  • Experience analyzing complex information to inform CM system modifications and processes while collaborating with complex teams to efficiently extract and identify engineering changes
  • Knowledge of using common MBSE tools, providing configuration documentation and troubleshooting issues with the configuration management process for model management
  • Knowledge of system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapon systems
  • Ability to develop SOPs and training to facilitate CM processes
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment, including with internal staff, external contractors, and government clients
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage the requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and configuration management functions
  • Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing system and subsystem baseline artifacts for complex projects
  • Knowledge of technical data as it relates to the design, operation, and maintenance of complex ICBM weapon systems
  • Knowledge of using systems models during government engineering reviews
  • Knowledge of systems engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, cybersecurity, and cyber certification processes
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python and Agile Project Management
  • Knowledge of Weapon Open System Architecture (WOSA) design principles and technologies, DoD architecture standards and framework, and Agile systems engineering methods and tools
  • Possession of excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills

  • CM, ASEP, OCSMP Fundamental, Agile or SAFe, or INCOSE CSEP Certification
