Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development
- Must be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexity
- Clear understanding of commercial construction process
- Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project delivery
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
- Provide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications
- Pay invoices, and analyze operating statements
- Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularly
- Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
- Address complaints, violations, and problems
