Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Content & Communications role ideally in B2B technology or healthcare
- 1+ years of experience using BusinessWire, Cision, or similar tools
- 1+ years of experience using Hushly, Highspot, or other content management platforms
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills including ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts to a varied audience, using a high level of professionalism
- Exceptional time management, organizational & prioritization skills
- Superb attention to detail
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Expertise in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and brand voices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal leadership, external stakeholders, agencies, and content writers to maintain a content calendar that supports company goals, campaign objectives, and timely delivery
- Assist in the coordination and development of press releases, media advisories, speaking proposals, award submissions, and other PR initiatives
- Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of our PR and thought leadership programs
- Develop and recommend a well defined content distribution strategy that maximizes the performance of our content and PR campaigns, boosts brand awareness, generates leads, engages customers, and supports marketing goals
- Edit and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, white papers, infographics, videos, and social media posts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in brand voice, messaging, and corporate identity
- Manage content repositories, resource libraries, and consistently audit and maintain version control on all assets being used company-wide
- Analyze content performance through metrics, reporting, and analytics tools, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategy and effectiveness
- Partner with product, product marketing, marketing, and sales teams to understand and develop effective messaging across all channels
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to understand market research, identify industry trends and content gaps, and leverage these findings to enhance the content marketing strategy
- Source and manage freelance writers, agencies, and vendors as needed
- Track and analyze competitor content and PR initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analysis tools a plus
- Experience with Oktopost or other social media management platforms a plus
