- Passion for education and instructional design
- Deep knowledge and expertise in financial literacy
- 2+ years of experience teaching financial literacy at the K-12 or university level
- Ability to design learning experiences that are standards-aligned
- Commitment to equity and delivering engaging learning experiences
- Ability to connect work to larger goals and ensure clarity and conciseness
- Adept project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven cross-cultural competency skills
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with Content Creators to develop, launch, and upgrade content
- Own and drive a project that provides end-to-end experience with content creation
- Share project findings through a culminating presentation
- Participate in an Intern Learning Community to learn from colleagues
- Explore ways to integrate AI-powered tutor into content
