Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of content best practices.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (Webflow experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and brand-building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support Litify’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Write, edit, and optimize various types of content, including blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and other long-form content.
  • Conduct industry research to generate innovative content ideas that align with Litify’s messaging and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content is informative, engaging, and impactful.
  • Lead the planning and execution of video content, working with freelancers and internal teams to ensure high-quality production.
  • Manage the potential relaunch of a Litify podcast, including scheduling, recording logistics, and freelancer coordination for editing and promotional assets.
  • Oversee video content production for key events and initiatives to ensure content is effectively edited and repurposed.
  • Own and manage content updates across the Litify website, ensuring all materials are current, engaging, and follow SEO best practices.
  • Maintain and oversee the editorial calendar for the blog, coordinating with freelancers, an SEO agency, and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize website content to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy for Litify’s platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) to drive engagement and community growth.
  • Implement a social-first approach, leveraging innovative content formats such as videos, reels, and interactive posts.
  • Manage Litify’s employee advocacy program via Sprout Social, maintaining fresh content, engaging employees through weekly newsletters, and driving participation with monthly incentives.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing compelling email and ad copy that aligns with content initiatives.
  • Ensure content is effectively distributed and leveraged across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid marketing efforts.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in content marketing and social media.
  • Identify opportunities for content innovation and leverage emerging tools and strategies to enhance Litify’s brand presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
