Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of content projects for the Subscriptions Merchandising team, including maintaining content calendars, optimizing content placement, enriching metadata, and ensuring smooth UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new CMS features
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business, Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partner teams to execute content strategies and campaigns
- Manage and launch new premium subscription partnerships, ensuring timely and successful execution of content merchandising initiatives
- Identify process gaps and contribute to refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize content workflows, from curation to execution
- Analyze performance data (e.g. Signups, Streaming Hours, etc) to optimize content strategies and provide actionable insights to improve user engagement
- Manage various content projects, including updating content experiences and executing promotional stunts to enhance user engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years with a strong understanding of Movies, TV Shows, Sports, and other entertainment genres, with an eye for what resonates with diverse audiences
- Experience in content curation, editorial judgment, or programming is a plus
- Proven experience working with CMS platforms, including content management, publishing workflows, and UAT for new features and functionality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
