Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in payouts, accounting, or financial operations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and AirTable
- Experience with financial systems
- Understanding of wire transfers and ACH processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage Payout Process End to End
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of payout reports and payments to all partners on a regular basis
- Maintenance of databases that include but are not limited to payout amounts and distribution information
- Work with partners and cross functional teams to address issues with wire payments that fail to deliver
- Address post-payout inquiries from partners around discrepancies or issues following payout disbursement
- Analyze and troubleshoot exceptions ensuring data aligns across multiple systems and tooling
- Assist partners with completing necessary steps for tax and banking verification for payouts
- Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with partner management
- Experience with rights management systems
- Troubleshooting payment systems is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA is preferred
