Requirements
- 2 years of experience within corporate environment

Responsibilities
- Set up continuing education programs into our Third-party Administrator’s portal
- Create invitation flyer for specific continuing education events for our Field Wholesalers
- Help manage the organization of new and revised continuing education programs
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with continuing education program requirements
- Work with accuracy and curiosity to support successful continuing education programs
- Ensure proper communication across departments and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned on initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation to support team efforts.
- Support team members and leadership with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate daily continuing education operations and assist in various tasks across multiple departments within a corporate environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to handling tasks such as data entry, PowerPoint management, and meeting reporting, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
