Requirements
- High School degree or GED equivalent.
- 4 years of continuous improvement experience or similar experience.
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Responsibilities
- Be an agent of change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through influence and collaboration, establishing work plans and following up until their closure.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, skills to manage multiple projects, presenting progress in front management progress, excellent communication and creative problem-solving mindset (out of the box).
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in transformation projects, in both production and administrative processes.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with different levels of the organization. Promote a sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management skills to coordinate efforts in process transformation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply lean principles.
- Ability to facilitate and conduct lean events and follow-up meetings.
