Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of continuous improvement, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and process mapping
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, SKU rationalization efficiency, case selection accuracy & productivity, and truck loading efficiency
- Identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and provide data-focused recommendations and reporting.
- Lead SKU rationalization initiatives to optimize product mix, reduce costs, and improve warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Partnering with warehouse leadership to streamline operations and reduce delays.
- Leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
