Responsibilities

  • Review contractual and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with field personnel regarding adjustments and/or missing items
  • Answer questions and provide training on how to use onboarding systems
  • Review intricate contractual documents to confirm they meet statutory and corporate requirements
  • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance items across all 50 states
  • Document changes
  • Update database/data entry
