Responsibilities
- Review contractual and supporting documentation
- Communicate with field personnel regarding adjustments and/or missing items
- Answer questions and provide training on how to use onboarding systems
- Review intricate contractual documents to confirm they meet statutory and corporate requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance items across all 50 states
- Document changes
- Update database/data entry
