- Proven track record in change and project management of large-scale process and/or infrastructure transformation impacting customers and internal stakeholders.
- 5+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Strategy and Planning and/or business operations roles.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a change management structured plan that maximizes user adoption and minimizes resistance.
- Designing and implementing the stakeholder Governance & Communication strategy.
- Monitoring adoption and recommends strategies to overcome adoption roadblocks; drive a mindset of transformation and change.
- Executing the defined engagement model to track, measure and improve key performance indicators for the organization.
- Effective execution of the market and CMO engagement that ensures collective understanding of key challenges and opportunities to improve customer experience in each sales market.
- Driving employee engagement and internal communications activity within CMO with the objective of improving employee engagement as measured by the annual Voice Insight Action employee survey.
- Supporting the development of effective executive-level presentation materials for executive reviews and delivering presentations and updates to stakeholders and impacted user groups.
- Leading a variety of short-, mid- and long-term initiatives that require coordination across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management and stakeholders’ engagement and management.
- Experience in large multinational Technology Industry organization.
