Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7–10 years prior experience in procurement, procurement operations, negotiations, contract management, or related fields
• Clear understanding of contract types, composition, use, impact and scope review
• High level of critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously
• Able to autonomously manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead the oversight of the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination, working with cross functional partners such as risk, legal, tax, and business stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, both in local and international context, including customer framework/master agreements, work/service orders, contract amendments, etc.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms and conditions for facility management services and design and construction contracts
• Ensure compliance with Client standards and objectives and other legal and regulatory requirements for contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Maintain and manage centralized contract management applications for visibility, reporting and operational excellence
• Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and continuous improvement techniques
• Play an instrumental role in providing support and guidance to project teams during the contract lifecycle to ensure expeditious review and execution of agreements
