Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 7+ years relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Support the Testing Center of Excellence providing regulatory finding remediation testing standards for the 1B/2B testing teams
- Ensure testing meets established standards through a QA process
- Play an important role in ensuring the successful remediation of regulatory findings
- Increase the likelihood of passing Internal Audits and Regulator validation
- Act as a lead within a specialized business management function and may provide work direction to others
- Undertake and complete a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant third line experience or testing teams experience strongly preferred
- Experience establishing and implementing effective Regulatory policies, strategies and plans that effectively support the financial environment
- Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to develop, analyze, improve and apply complex policies, processes and procedures
- Solid understanding of Regulatory environment and its role in the business
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor
