Responsibilities
- Define conversion schedules and strategy with the Account Management team, PMO, and clients
- Create conversion project plans and perform project management tasks
- Maintain project plans and follow up with resources to ensure projects are on track
- Develop detailed business requirements for conversions
- Work with development to ensure timely delivery of tasks to QA
- Develop detailed testing requirements and ensure quality for conversions
- Collaborate with QA to validate testing results
- Test conversions to ensure they meet success criteria
- Investigate and resolve issues with conversion results
- Create procedures and policies for testing and running conversions
- Work with infrastructure and DBA teams to optimize testing
- Support Charter documentation for conversion scope and timeline
- Implement continuous improvement in conversion processes
