Requirements
- 2 years of experience in business experimentation, a/b testing, digital analytics or related field
- 4-year degree in business analytics, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue growth through experimentation
- Create experiments to test hypotheses centered around UX, marketing, code changes and pricing
- Develop code for ‘light-weight’ experiments using code-injection tool
- Work with product, design and dev teams to test new features under feature flags
- Define sample size and measurement plans for experiments
- Launch and monitor experiments
- Write SQL queries to pull experiment data and use statistical methods to analyze it
- Document experiment results
- Present analysis to stakeholders
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with html, css, javascript, angular applications, native apps
- Experience with design of experiments, hypothesis testing, a/b testing and related statistical concepts
- Experience with experimentation, feature flagging and analytics software such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Growthbook, Optimizely, etc.
- Experience with agile, working with a ticketing system like Clickup or Jira
- Experience with SQL
