Requirements
- 5+ years of Ecommerce experience specifically with CRO and A/B testing responsibilities.
- Strong project and process management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of organization and ability to execute flawlessly
- Data driven mindset with the ability to make decision based on complex datasets
- Excel and Google Analytics proficiency
- Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work
- Humble, hungry, and has a bias for action
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRO strategy from ideation to execution, focusing on increasing core KPIs.
- Own conversion funnel, conversion metrics, and next page flow mapping.
- Product Detail Page, Category page, and Cart conversion optimization.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Partner with UX/UI team to create an implement best-in-class site design.
- Ownership of rating/review platform for Cricut.com.
- Cricut.com navigation and category management
- Cricut.com site search management and optimization
- Cricut.com site cross-sell/upsell management and optimization
- Amazon PDP conversion optimization.
- Weekly reporting on conversion funnel performance
