Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Contact vendors to ensure timely receipt of required documents
  • As needed, create and/or close requests for product testing and shipment inspection in appropriate system
  • Respond to inquiries related to the product testing submission process, and assist in the on-boarding of new vendors in product testing collection system
  • Update and maintain item attributes related to product testing and compliance
  • Answer questions regarding compliance item attributes
  • Create and maintain databases and reporting related to product quality and safety
  • Communicate to vendors and factories quality and safety feedback,and ensure corrective action plans are submitted to Quality team for review and approval
  • Establish and foster relationships with vendors, Buying, Quality, Product Development, Global Sourcing and Customer Service teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 1 to 3 years experience with demonstrated success in supporting operations within product safety compliance department
