Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Coordinator/Executive Assistant type position
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience using SharePoint and OneNote
- Excellent analytical skills (planning, quantitative skills, attention to detail and quality standards)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Energetic self-starter who is able to take initiative, work with minimum supervision, work on projects with frequent interruptions and achieve objectives through others
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate and interact professionally with team members across multiple sites/business regions, a team player
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, including providing pre-read materials/agendas in advance of daily meetings, taking meeting minutes, supply ordering, travel and expense management
- Works with various members of the team to create presentation materials for a variety of audiences
- Manage payment process, calculations and tracking, management of vendors and partnership with procurement and Vendor Master Maintenance
- Coordination of Annual Override Top Up program – collaboration with REMUN, creation and distribution of communications, tracking of amounts and organization of changes to letters
- Persistency Program subject matter expert – qualitative data analysis, creation of reports, distribution of reports, tracking of reports and advisors, support with internal inquiries from other business units, regular reviews for process improvements
