Requirements

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
  • Highly skilled in eCommerce content, including product storytelling, email marketing, ad copy, and web content optimized for conversions
  • Understands luxury consumer behavior and knows how to speak to aspirational, wellness-driven, and high-net-worth customers
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional grammar and a keen eye for luxury brand language
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced in-office environment

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, conversion-driven content for both Aroma360 and Hotel Collection, including product descriptions, email campaigns, website copy, social media captions, paid ads, SMS, and packaging
  • Maintain and develop distinct brand voices for Aroma360 and Hotel Collection
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with visual assets and overall brand strategy
  • Optimize copy based on performance data, customer feedback, and internal insights to drive engagement and conversion rates
  • Assist with product naming, campaign headlines, collection names, and storytelling that enhances the luxury brand experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands and luxury eCommerce
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for web content optimization
