Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Core Java, Multithreading, OOPS, Design Patterns
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
- Proficiency in Java frameworks (e.g., Springboot)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL MySQL)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and promote best coding practices.
- Analyze system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose improvements.
