Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Business Assistant at Schomp Automotive.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must have access to a reliable means of transportation to drive between dealerships as needed based on demand.
- Must complete and maintain AFIP certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform interim individual contributor or leadership roles within the Business Assistant functional area.
- Provide on-the-job support and training to new team members; provide feedback to Finance Trainer on system or product knowledge gaps of team members.
- Quality review deals and accounts completed by team members. Correct errors or omissions, clear out funding delays, communicate problematic deals to leadership, provide team member performance feedback to leadership.
- Ensure operating practices and standards are adhered to at each store. Identify areas of improvement, implement new or revised procedures and collaborate with leadership on change management strategies.
- Must prioritize deals to ensure customers are handled within the 1 Hour promise time.
- Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
