Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing an IT team
- 3+ years of experience leading infrastructure for a large sized entity inclusive of helpdesk, deskside support, system admin, and network admin
- 3+ years of experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Power BI. Knowledge of Oracle cloud offerings (Fusion ERP, Sales, Service, CPQ, Field Service) a plus
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining risk management and cybersecurity programs
- Passionate about people and technology, with a proven track record of implementing technology solutions that drive business growth
- Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards related to software, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
Responsibilities
- Customer centric leader, who develops teams to be highly responsive and service focused
- Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services
- Leverage current available systems within the Microsoft Suite to enhance reporting, productivity, and efficiency at all levels of the organization
- Oversee and enhance Triumvirate’s current cybersecurity program
- Lead initiatives to educate and train the organization on best practices related to new technologies and cybersecurity
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
- Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
