Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Corporate IT Manager, Lead, Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and workforce management systems
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and IT best practices
  • Proficiency in system administration tasks on MacOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Experience scaling IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing company, ideally from 100 to 1000 employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure; including SaaS services, workstations, mobile devices, and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Implement, configure, and troubleshoot corporate systems management tools to streamline employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Google Workspace, Google Cloud, HRIS and workforce management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed
  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical company data and ensure business continuity
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in IT technology and security, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance our company’s IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for future reference
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, and managing expenses
  • Working hand-in-hand with C- Suite Executive Assistants to coordinate workplace meetings and events
  • Badge management and overseeing the issuance, tracking, and retrieval of identification badges to ensure secure and authorized access to the office premises
  • Facilitating office operations in coordination with building management requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Rippling’s suite of products and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
