Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a related degree program for all 3 Co-op rotations: Fall 2025, Summer 2026, Spring 2027
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Project/Event management
- Customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, community engagement, and employee engagement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Creativity
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project management and execution of in person and virtual volunteer projects and campaigns, specifically within STEAM, employment skills, technology access and access to quality education; including recruiting and managing volunteers, working with nonprofit partners to plan events, day of logistics, and follow-up
- Write event recaps and stories to celebrate the work that employees are doing in the community
- Support the preparation of CSR department presentations and reports
- Data entry and content creation for CSR employee engagement portal (Cox Impact)
- Perform information gathering and project-related research as needed
