Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
- 5+ Years of working experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or financial services
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal clients, and is also involved with presentations to internal clients
- Support engagement teams in the identification, understanding and framing of complex business problems and needs
- Support in the evaluation, advanced planning, analysis, solution development and execution for engagements
- Mentor/manage analysts
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ Years of working experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or financial services
- MBA Preferred
- High degree of comfort solving complex, open-ended issues with imperfect data or high degree of uncertainty
- Self-starter, high energy, and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful in complex situations
