Requirements

  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design and video editing tools
  • Expertise in After Effects, 2D animation, and design
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Theme, color theory, and layouts
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and their requirements for graphics and videos
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include one pagers, power points, short videos, infographics, website elements, etc.
  • Create 2D and 3D graphics assets and motion graphics for video content
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs
  • Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other media channels
  • Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques
  • Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects
  • Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
  • Videographer and Graphic Design experience
  • Experience with storyboards and visualizing complex concepts
