Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand development, product marketing, and integrated campaigns, especially within app environments and video.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to improve user experience and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear, compelling creative strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage internal and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, traditional media, and DTC marketing.
  • Experience guiding creative teams and delivering media-specific work.
  • Ability to align teams and set clear expectations while encouraging a positive, collaborative environment.
  • 6–8+ years of experience leading creative initiatives in an agency or brand setting, with 3+ years leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, product marketing, app environments, and integrated campaigns (especially those with video).
  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for branding, product marketing, app experiences, and integrated campaigns with video to align with Chewy’s business strategies.
  • Coordinate the execution of multiple projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative perfection at every stage.
  • Partner with key business collaborators and executive leadership to drive strategic discussions and creative presentations.
  • Develop omni-channel creative across digital, social, traditional media, and in-app experiences.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inspiring culture, guiding and mentoring Team Members in their professional growth.
  • Provide critical feedback on creative work, collaborator engagement, and team development.
  • Be hands-on with high-priority projects to push creative boundaries and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience creating marketing campaigns is a plus.
