Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Advertising, Marketing or communication is preferred
- Able to communicate in fluent written and spoken English
- Logical thinking, skillful in communication, and responsible at work
- A quick learner who works under big volume
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery, report, and analysis.
- Analyze creators’ content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success.
- Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external-facing graphics/visuals when needed.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy.
