Requirements
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections
- Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities
- Leverage data analysis and spreadsheet management to resolve issues and enhance collaboration with internal and external partners
- Proactively manage customer portals and daily communications from initial contact to closure, ensuring follow-up on commitments, consistent touchpoints, and alignment with past-due goals and company standards
- Promptly alert internal teams to collection escalations and recommend credit holds or write-offs
- Continuously enhance payment processing solutions for diverse customer payment types, including ACH, remittance formats, and payment cards
