Requirements
- Ability to process daily work in an organized manner to meet required timeframes
- Ability to research and analyze correspondence to determine the appropriate course of action
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintains a foundational awareness of Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to communicate effectively across COEs
- Ability to meet and maintain required KPIs
- Demonstrates strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Review and research letter requests to determine the appropriate level of response
- Compile responses to all direct dispute requests
- Perform research and analysis regarding customer account activities
- Respond to customer pay history inquiries, specific credit reporting and account adjustments
- Ensure all correspondence is maintained per the established policy
- Document on accounts as appropriate
- Follow all compliance guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of financial services experience, with established proficiency in researching and responding to consumer credit disputes
