Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in quality control or reagent management
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of laboratory practices and safety protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with reagent regeneration processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee the replacement of critical reagents, ensuring timely procurement and availability
- Actively involved in regeneration processes for routine reagents, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards
- Perform regular quality checks on regenerated reagents to ensure they meet required specifications and standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of reagent replacement and regeneration processes, including lot numbers, certificates of analysis, and usage logs
- Author and submit reagent replacement/regeneration protocols, data, and reports to be reviewed by regulatory agencies for approval
- Manage the implementation of newly approved reagents using Change Control system to manage updates to regulatory filings, internal documents, and impacted quality systems
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality control procedures
- Provide training to laboratory staff on proper reagent handling, replacement, and regeneration procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with biological reagents and quality control processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for laboratory reagents
- Certification in inventory management or related field
