Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with engineering in Defense Critical Technology sectors, including Kinetic Capabilities, such as Hypersonics, Munitions, and Directed Energy, Energy Storage and Batteries, Castings and Forgings, Microelectronics, Critical Chemicals and Minerals, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Rare Earth Elements, Critical Materials, or Space Technologies
- Experience performing technical and business assessments of critical technology manufacturing or production capability development and their potential benefits, costs, technology barriers, policy, and regulatory approval requirements
- Experience in working with Defense or U.S. Government industry providers and industry members to meet needs in critical technology sectors
- Experience developing and presenting briefings and assessment reports to senior DoD stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science

- Designs and implements new technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency
- Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise
- Develops innovative solutions to complex problems
- Works without considerable direction
- Mentors and may supervise team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for Senior DoD officials
- Experience providing technology analysis to DoD programs making investments in DIB capability expansion
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree
