1-2 years of experience in a CRM Management role, with exposure to marketing and creative projects
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
Keen attention to detail and adaptability to quick changes
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Asana, JIRA, or similar project management platform knowledge preferred
Experience with a CRM platform
Zenoti experience preferred

Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business goals and customer needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to drive actionable insights that improve marketing and service strategies.
Segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to create targeted campaigns.
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Continuously test and refine campaigns for improved performance and effectiveness.
Oversee and manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring their proper functioning and integration with other systems.
Leverage CRM technology to automate workflows and personalize communication at scale.
Support Field Team with marketing campaign questions or feedback
Collaborate cross functionally to support multi-departmental initiatives
Collaborate with operations team to ensure promotions are set up and functioning properly
Support Creative team in ideation and pulling examples of emails, loyalty, copy, etc.
