Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or email marketing
  • Technical complexity in campaign configuration, HTML, CSS, and liquid logic
  • Deep understanding of how martech works, including real-time CDP data pipelines and dynamic content
  • Analytical skills and experience running A/B tests
  • User experience understanding and fulfilling user needs

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic marketing campaign launches including creating marketing materials and managing the approvals process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Architect, build, test, and launch end-to-end, multi-channel automated campaigns (e.g., email, push, direct mail, SMS, social or paid media) bringing to life complex personalization, at-scale
  • Define, scope, and prioritize A/B and multivariate tests to optimize content and channel performance to improve conversion and retention in partnership with Data Science, Product, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Bring new marketing channels and technology to Pomelo by collaborating in strategic use-case planning, advocating for both technical and creative requirements, tool configuration, and migrating campaigns and assets
  • Develop reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Data Science team and report out on insights on campaign performance to identify opportunities to increase enrollment rate, decrease time to conversion, and improve retention
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Outreach, and Clinical teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and strategies are adjusted to meet client needs and contractual requirements, while also aligning with Pomelo’s care delivery capabilities
  • Ensure compliance and best practices with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at high-growth digital startups or consulting agencies
  • Worked in B2B2C or B2C marketing
  • Certifications and/or deep experience in ESP platforms such as Braze, Iterable or Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Experience in martech tool migration and implementation
  • Completed Reforge or other applicable courses on growth marketing, engagement marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Thrive in remote-first team settings
