Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in CRO, front-end development, or growth-focused engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including making edits, implementing tests, and adjusting UI components.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the ability to optimize front-end performance without engineering support.
  • Expertise in A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar tools.
  • Ability to write SQL queries to analyze test results and monitor experiment outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of user psychology, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization best practices.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience experiments within the booking flow.
  • Implement and modify Webflow components to optimize conversion rates without additional engineering support.
  • Leverage tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, and VWO to run controlled experiments and measure impact.
  • Analyze session recordings and heatmaps (Hotjar, FullStory) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Set up and maintain custom event tracking in Google Analytics and Segment to monitor user behavior.
  • Use Mixpanel and Looker to create reports and dashboards to track test performance and KPIs.
  • Implement front-end optimizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Webflow’s native tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops to align CRO efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of CRO best practices and emerging trends to ensure we continually improve our approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working in healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or other high-transaction environments.
  • Have familiarity with server-side testing and experimentation platforms.
  • Are skilled in Python or R for deeper data analysis.
  • Have successfully improved booking flow conversion rates in a previous role.
