Requirements
- Associate degree in Allied Health
- Major in Radiologic Technology
- CPR Certification
- ARRT RT (R) registry
- ODH licensure
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Proficient in Radiology Information System (RIS) and Image Storage
- Advanced CT computer applications
- Radiation safety
Responsibilities
- Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures
- Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner
- Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties
- Maintains equipment in good working condition
- May perform procedures in other imaging modalities or at other facilities based on departmental needs
- May have on call responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CT registry preferred
- One year experience or additional training in specialized field of CT
